Soycasero in your AI assistant

Run your Spanish rental from Claude

If you already talk to Claude, you can plug Soycasero into it. From then on you ask about your flats and premises in Spain in the chat, and Soycasero does the work: it reads the agreements, works out the Spanish deadlines and drafts the messages. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

What you can ask

  • «Upload the tenancy agreement for my flat in Alicante and tell me what is due.»
  • «What do I need to do this month for my rentals?»
  • «Work out September's rent update with the latest IRAV.»
  • «Draft the message telling the tenant about the update, in Spanish.»
  • «Give me the calendar link for my phone.»

How to connect it

  1. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and add a custom connector.
  2. Name it Soycasero, with this address:https://soycasero.es/api/mcp
  3. Click Connect. Soycasero opens: enter your email and the 6-digit code we send you, then accept. If you do not have an account yet, it is created there and then, with a 30-day free trial.
  4. Back in the chat, ask for what you need. For agreements, Claude gives you a link: open it on your phone, pick the photos or the PDF, done.

We have tested it with Claude. If your assistant supports remote connectors (MCP), the address is the same.

What it does and what it doesn't

  • Reads your agreements as PDF or photo and shows you what it understood. It is only saved once you confirm.
  • Works out deadlines, renewals and rent updates with the official Spanish indices (INE) and puts the dates in your calendar.
  • Drafts messages to your tenants but never sends anything itself. You send them.
  • It cannot pay, change your plan or delete your account. That is only done on the Soycasero website.

Your data

Your agreements are read and stored by Soycasero on servers in the European Union, with the help of AI. What your assistant receives to answer you (for example, the dates of an agreement) is handled by that assistant under its own terms. You can disconnect Soycasero at any time in your assistant's settings.
