When the rent is late
If the agreed day passes and no payment is logged, we draft the reminder for your tenant in correct Spanish, with the usual 24 hours' grace. You just press send.
IPC or IRAV
The rent increase index depends on your contract date. The app knows which one applies, warns you a month ahead with the new figure, and respects the legal cap under Ley 12/2023.
Prórroga (extension)
Four months before the contract ends we prepare the notice to your tenant. If there's no reply, we remind you to send the burofax, the recorded letter that counts as proof in Spain.
